Bakkerij Vlier is a local artisan bakery where craftsmanship and tradition come first. All of their bread is made by hand, using only Dutch grains grown organically or regeneratively without artificial fertilizers or pesticides, sourced directly from farmers in Friesland and Gelderland. They take time for both their bread and their customers, working with a three-day baking process that results in rich flavor and quality. The bakery is open and transparent, inviting people to see, taste, and connect with the craft behind their products. To fight food waste, they mostly bake on order, while also offering products from other trusted local makers.
